Job summary

HRW Companies, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable building maintenance professional to support our care facilities in Missouri. The role involves hands-on repairs, routine travel to Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court, and using our Tells application to document work.

The ideal candidate has carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC maintenance, and strong communication skills, with the ability to read blueprints and complete paperwork. We value self-starters and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance
• Travel regularly to facilities in Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court
• Perform minor repairs, painting, change filters and light fixtures; use Tells application
• Apply HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry, and troubleshooting experience
• Provide guidance under the facility administrator and Regional Director of Operations
• Be willing to travel to other facilities as needed
• Accept additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to Routinely Travel to each facility Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
• Make minor repairs, paint, change filters and light fixtures, etc. Also utilize Tells application
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Construction/Carpentry/Trouble-shooting experience
• Possess Leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
• Responsible work history and reference
• Able to provide guidance as directed under facility administrator and Reg. Director of Operations.
• Willing to travel to our other facilities to work when needed
• Other job duties assigned by your supervisor
