This hands-on role involves routine repairs, preventive tasks, room preparation, and assisting with building systems to keep resident rooms and common areas safe and functional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
• Repair or replace fixtures, doors, locks, furniture, and other items as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Troubleshoot issues and report larger problems to leadership.
