Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, structural renovations, and janitorial tasks.
• Relocate furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks and snow removal.
• Assist in fire and safety drills and safety inspections.
• Provide back-up to the Sr. Maintenance Worker and on-call coverage.
