Job summary

HRW Companies in Missouri seeks a skilled building maintenance professional to join our family-owned team. You will perform routine repairs, painting, and systems upkeep across multiple facilities, and travel between Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court as needed.

The role requires hands-on expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC maintenance, and the ability to read blueprints. You will document work, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with facility leadership to

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Willingness to travel to Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
• Ability to perform painting, filter changes, and light fixture replacements.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with good communication.
• Ability to read blueprints and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Travel to facilities in Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
• Paint, change filters and light fixtures as needed.
• Document work using Tells application.
• Provide guidance under facility administrator and Director of Operations.
• Assist with other duties assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to Routinely Travel to each facility Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
• Make minor repairs, paint, change filters and light fixtures, etc. Also utilize Tells application
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Construction/Carpentry/Trouble-shooting experience
• Possess Leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
• Responsible work history and reference
• Able to provide guidance as directed under facility administrator and Reg. Director of Operations.
• Willing to travel to our other facilities to work when needed
• Other job duties assigned by your supervisor

To be considered 'Well Qualified' candidate will possess moderate level experience in these areas.
