GDI Services is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to support our facilities. You will perform routine inspections, plan repairs, and maintain electrical systems while working Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good English communications. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity and discretion required.

Responsabilités

• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Plan and schedule maintenance repairs.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels).
• Perform routine maintenance around building.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
