GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee daily mall maintenance, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues and ensure safety across the facility. The role includes completing work orders, coordinating with the Mall Office and contractors to keep areas safe, clean and fully operational.

The position requires on-call availability for plumbing, electrical and fire-system issues, and a strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Basic computer and phone skills to work with store managers, contractors and client.
• On-call to coordinate mall plumbing, fire and electrical issues while not on site.
• Basic repair knowledge in plumbing, mechanical, tile and asphalt.
• Lift operations, overseeing staff and auditing of Mall to meet standards.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of the mall facility.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Complete work orders from Mall Office and ensure safety/compliance.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, floors, roofs and utilities.
• Coordinate with management for repairs and vendor coordination.
