Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to perform upkeep around the facility in an industrial setting. The role includes light maintenance and periodic cleaning tasks, with a day shift and full-time hours.

You will inspect spaces, respond to maintenance requests, and perform basic electrical, plumbing, and painting work, contributing to safe, well-maintained facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenance.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
• Respond to requests for maintenance services.
• Change lights.
• Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Perform painting, including drywall, doors, and office furniture.
• Perform industrial building maintenance and repairs.
