Job summary

Twin Valley Coffee is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to be on-site at multiple Morgantown, PA locations. You will repair, maintain, and troubleshoot cafe equipment and building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in food service and a valid driver’s license. This role requires self-direction, strong documentation habits, and the ability to work early mornings for snow removal and after-hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in restaurant or commercial beverage equipment.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and assets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance issues at all TVC locations.
• Record parts used and labor time on work orders.
• Repair and troubleshoot cafe equipment, including espresso machines.
• Support production team and their equipment.
• Perform building repairs and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance visits with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and assist with winter weather prep.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
