Job summary

MorganHCM is seeking a Field Equipment Service Technician responsible for servicing and installing coffee brewing and beverage equipment in Winslow Township, New Jersey. The role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to manage service requests and documentation effectively.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of technical experience and excellent communication skills, along with a valid driver’s license. The position includes typical work hours Monday to Friday with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years mechanical and technical experience required.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Provide service installs, repair and removal of coffee and beverage equipment.
• Perform emergency service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain spare parts and equipment levels.

Skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve and diagnose equipment issues

Able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently

Ability to prioritize and perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of Mechanical and technical experience

Tools

Driver's license

Electrical experience
