Job summary

Imperial Coffee & Vending is seeking a Service Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair vending and coffee equipment at client locations across our service area. Training is provided; candidates with a willingness to learn and strong people skills are encouraged to apply.

The role involves installation/removal, on-site repairs, and parts management. A valid driver’s license and basic mechanical aptitude are required; weekend rotation may occur in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and aptitude for hands-on repair.
• Ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field service role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair vending and coffee equipment at client locations.
• Install and remove equipment at accounts.
• Respond to dispatch calls and travel to client sites.
• Inspect and replace worn or defective parts; test operation after repairs.
• Receive and manage parts inventory; prepare machines for service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
