Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a general maintenance technician for our Morgantown facility. You will perform upkeep of buildings and grounds, support preventive maintenance on machinery, and assist with minor repairs across carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience. Applicants should be comfortable with weekend hours and working with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Perform oil changes and fluid checks on forklifts and equipment.
• Use carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills for minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Liaise with vendors for facility repairs and procure supplies.
