Job summary

151 Coffee is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our drive-thru shops running smoothly across TX and KS. You’ll service espresso machines, water filtration, refrigeration, and related equipment, ensuring uptime and guest experience.

This fast-paced role requires 4+ years in maintenance within Food, Beverage, or Hospitality, strong organization and the ability to manage work orders and track vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in Food, Beverage, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage work orders and track vendors’ progress.
• Willingness to learn and train on new equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
• Flexibility and reliability, including some early mornings and weekends.
• Experience with ServiceChannel and Asana is a plus.
• High energy and positivity is essential to fit our culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain espresso machines, water filtration, refrigeration, and other coffee shop equipment.
• Keep track of work orders, equipment, and parts inventory; travel between locations as needed.
• Assist with opening new stores by installing equipment and prepping supplies.
• Respond to urgent repairs during on-call or weekend emergencies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping Our Coffee Equipment Happy – Managing the process of Maintaining espresso machines, H2O filtration, refrigeration, and keeping stores running!
• Staying Organized – Keep track of work orders, new equipment, and parts inventory. Traveling to Our Locations – Ensure quick, efficient service is performed when maintenance is needed.
• Helping Open New Stores – Install equipment, prep supplies, and assist with special events.
• Being Ready for Emergencies – Responding to urgent repairs when needed (both weekday and weekend emergencies).

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in Food, Beverage, or Hospitality (or other repair oriented field).
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to manage work orders and track vendors progress.
• A willingness to learn, leveraging your existing skills and training on new types of equipment provided.
• A valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving a work vehicle when traveling between locations).
• Flexibility & reliability (some early mornings and weekends will be part of the adventure).
• Service channel and Asana experience is also a plus.
