Job summary

Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on automated equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze condition, troubleshoot failures, perform repairs per procedures.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Assist with system installations, R&D, and engineering projects.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance shop.
