Tatte Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across our cafes, bakeries, and catering kitchens in the Boston area. This full-time, field-based role requires independent work, strong problem-solving, and adherence to safety and food-safety standards.

Evening, weekend, and on-call coverage may be required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or construction, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license to operate a company

Formación

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, or construction.
• Strong troubleshooting and general building repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company van.

Responsabilidades

• Complete planned repairs and maintenance at multiple locations.
• Perform minor repairs to café infrastructure and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, IT, and Food Safety teams.
• Maintain facilities vehicles, tools, and assets.
• Participate in on-call weekend rotations and remote troubleshooting.
