Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager and Senior Project Manager in relocations, carpentry requests, meeting setups, and all maintenance work orders. The role requires physical stamina and professional communication with clients and staff in a busy office environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of experience in a Class A commercial property, with the ability to lift heavy objects and operate power

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Class A commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for meetings, including tables and chairs.
• Respond to work orders via MRI-Angus Service system and manage status on a mobile device or computer.
• Deliver and pick up Iron Mountain archive boxes and coordinate staging/ storage readiness.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including lamps, LED drivers, carpentry with power tools, plumbing, HVAC control adjustments, and squeak-proofing.
• Escort deliveries and contractors.
• Advise Facilities Manager on supplies for the maintenance shop.
• Verify that services are performed as scheduled.
• Alert appropriate parties to any problems.
• Set, reschedule, and cancel appointments for carpentry requests.
• Assist Client’s Project Manager with internal relocations.
• Work with Facilities Manager on projects and day-to-day operations.
• Perform other essential duties as directed.
