Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager and Senior Project Manager in relocations, carpentry requests, meeting setups, and maintenance work orders.

The role requires professional communication with clients and community members, the ability to stand, lift up to 100 pounds, and operate power tools. You will assist with day-to-day facilities tasks to ensure smooth operations within a Class A corporate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in a Class A commercial property preferred.
• Ability to respond to inquiries professionally and maintain rapport with clients and community members.
• Proficiency operating a computer, power tools, and a 2-way radio.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for meetings with tables, chairs, and backdrop as needed.
• Respond to work orders in MRI-Angus system and track status.
• Manage and update maintenance requests on mobile or computer, including on-hold/close actions.
