Job summary

Ho--chunk,-Inc is seeking a maintenance worker to perform general maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. The role includes patching walls, replacing floors, hanging doors, and painting touch-ups as part of a facilities team.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma and at least three years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments is expected.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• 3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial facility.
• Experience with doors, locks, and window panes preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow directions from lead, supervisor or other craftsmen.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on equipment and buildings.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Hang doors and install door locks; replace broken window panes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery; paint touch-ups as needed.
• Work with team to maintain facility grounds; assist as required.
