Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager and Senior Project Manager in relocations, carpentry requests, meeting setups, and all maintenance work orders.

The role requires building excellent rapport with customers and addressing inquiries professionally. Candidates should be able to lift heavy objects and navigate a busy office environment as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Class A commercial property.
• Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from clients or the business community.
• Ability to operate power tools and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for meetings and arrange tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Respond to work orders via the MRI-Angus Service requests system.
• Escort deliveries and contractors.
• Assist Facilities Manager with internal relocations and day-to-day operations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as requested, including lighting, carpentry, and basic plumbing.
