Ohio Living in Cleveland is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform day-to-day maintenance in a life plan community, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

We expect you to handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks, follow safety and OSHA guidelines, and document work orders while supporting survey readiness and quality standards. Strong knowledge of building systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current refrigerants certification a plus but not required.
• Current HVAC certification a plus but not required.
• Current Boiler Operator License and Steam Engineer License a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
• Ensures a clean, safe environment and escorts vendors as needed.
• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and supports survey readiness.
• Maintains records according to standards and participates in meetings.
