Qualifications

• 2-3 years building maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing functions.
• Technical school certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot/mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs (painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing).
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and cleaning of property.
• Assist Marketing and Leasing with events and cart placement/repair.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory, records and safety data sheets.
• Complete exterior custodial tasks and waste removal as needed.
• May perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
