• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Perform maintenance/minor repairs on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall and lighting.
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and keep areas clean.
