Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Experience with basic building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Valid driver's license if required by site.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replace lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
• Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
• Assist with maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Complete tenant service requests and assist with furniture setup.
• Move office furniture, machinery and equipment as needed.
• Perform lawn and grounds maintenance for site appearance.
• Complete painting, locksmith work, and other cleaning projects as needed.
• Set up Maximo routes and accurately enter work orders.
• Keep neat, organized records of completed work.
