A well-established office facility is seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of its commercial building. This role primarily focuses on maintaining HVAC systems, especially chillers, and requires a strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive to service requests, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
2. Solid background in troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Must be reliable and willing to provide occasional on-call support.
4. Previous HVAC and chiller system experience is required.

Additional Details

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
