Facilities & Maintenance Technician

1. Conduct repair and maintenance on various semiconductor tools.
2. Support requests related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
3. Perform maintenance for factory equipment in a semiconductor EPI facility located in Allen, TX.
4. Perform maintenance and repair of semiconductor EPI reactors and all support equipment.
5. Assist equipment and process engineers in troubleshooting down equipment.
6. Complete preventative and predictive maintenance in a timely manner.
7. Assist the facilities team with building repairs when needed.
8. Install and relocate production equipment.
9. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to identify and implement corrective actions.
10. Maintain familiarity with HVAC, PCW, boiler, and air handler systems.
11. Work with or assist trades contractors to complete projects or complex repairs.
12. Perform tasks related to machinery maintenance, including plumbing, pneumatic, and electrical systems (both low and line voltage).
13. Understand and follow electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals to recover down equipment.
14. Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.

Work Schedule

Compressed shift, 12 hours: 3 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 days on, 3 days off.
