We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the infrastructure of our facility and ensuring the operational readiness of all building systems and production equipment.

Position Details
  • Role: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
  • Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: 41042, Florence, Kentucky
Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance on building infrastructure and manufacturing/production systems.
  • Maintain, repair, install, and enhance mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
  • Support space planning and building modifications, including design, allocation, and coordination of moves or expansions.
  • Conduct facility inspections and equipment assessments to determine needs for repairs, replacements, or capital improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, documenting and reporting all issues.
  • Develop and implement long-term improvement strategies to increase facility and equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams including electricians, HVAC technicians, machinists, and production equipment specialists.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facility maintenance or industrial equipment servicing.
  • Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
