The Maintenance Tech II is an integral part of the facilities department, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The role involves maintaining buildings, grounds, and related systems to ensure safe and welcoming campuses for staff, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities include completing work orders such as preventive maintenance, plumbing, minor repairs, and responding to urgent maintenance needs outside of regular hours, including being on call biweekly.
