Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment.
• Back-up call person in case of emergency; respond timely.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing system; repair or refinish furniture as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
