Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver license required.
• Three months of experience in basic electric, plumbing, carpentry or HVAC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day inspections, preventive maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations and correct defects.
• Assist other trades as needed and adhere to safety practices.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment; complete documentation.
• Provide high level of customer service; communicate with customers and supervision.
• Operate department vehicle; participate in meetings and shift changes as needed.
