Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment.
• Installations and general maintenance across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Identify, coordinate and complete projects in assigned areas; respond to emergencies.
• Lead maintenance team or manage large complexes; mentor and train staff.
• Distribute work orders in supervisor’s absence and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper records; communicate with customers and supervision.
