Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues on site.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output under supervision following defined processes.
