Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities and replace fixtures.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning in mechanical spaces.
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and team in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE, complying with OSHA/NFPA standards.
