Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building and plant maintenance with at least two of the trades (building, electrical, mechanical).
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in carpentry, painting, electrical work, masonry, and plumbing.
• Check HVAC, alarms, generators, and automated controls.
• Maintain clean, safe interior and exterior areas.
• Use and maintain tools and machinery for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds work.
• Assist with vendor communication and monitor contracted repair work.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards or incidents.
