Responsibilities

• Makes regular inspections of assigned buildings and facilities and ensures compliance with requirements.
• Diagnoses existing problems and initiates needed action.
• Plans and schedules maintenance, setting work priorities.
• Prepares, plans, and carries out projects.
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies; orders as needed.
• Performs various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervises maintenance tasks across trades as needed.
• Schedules relief, emergency, and vacation coverage.
• Follows safety regulations and policies.
