Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities, grounds and equipment in good repair, contributing to resident safety and comfort.

You will perform varied tasks across trades, inspect systems, use hand and power tools, and participate in on-call shifts. High school diploma and valid driver’s license required; 1+ years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and relevant certifications required.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities, systems and components for safety, cleanliness and repair needs.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
• Perform general labor, event setups, deliveries, and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Willingness to learn and expand trade knowledge.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
