Job summary

CW is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our Midland, TX site. You will maintain building systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support with repairs and installations to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires 3–4 years in facility maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a clean driving record; an associate/technical degree is preferred. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/technical preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot buildings and installed systems.
• Review, create, and maintain work orders in CMMS.
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems.
• Assist with installations and equipment modifications.
• Maintain safety training and compliance.
