Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to perform routine facility upkeep and repairs. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid Massachusetts driver's license, and the willingness to travel between Plymouth locations.

You will respond to maintenance requests, conduct safety inspections, and perform minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid MA Driver's License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting.
• Able to travel between Plymouth locations.
• Understand regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2) and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to HPAO policies and procedures.
• Conducts daily facility walk-throughs.
• Respond to all maintenance requests.
• Maintain facility buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs.
• Patch and paint the facility as directed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests as scheduled.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and current.
