Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus in Brockton, MA is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support facilities operations. The role includes performing daily maintenance tasks, responding to requests, and keeping the facility safe and well-kept.

Qualifications include the ability to lift 50lbs, a valid MA driver’s license, basic maintenance knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with Tuesday-Saturday shifts and evenings possible.

Qualifications

• Must present as courteous and professional at all times.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including organizing ideas clearly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WorxHub.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Understanding of relationship between substance use and mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HPAO policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs.
• Respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain facility, grounds, and amenities in safe, attractive condition.
• Perform minor electric, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs.
• Patch and paint as directed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct inspections weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Ensure department operations are professional and productive.
