Default Brand is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff member for the High Point Inpatient Campus in Brockton, MA. Successful candidates will perform various maintenance tasks, ensure the facility is safe and attractive, and comply with all required regulations.

The ideal applicant should have a high school diploma/GED, a MA Driver's License, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and unmatched leave time are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• License and vehicle required.
• Must be able to travel and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs.
• Ensure facility maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
• Perform minor electric, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

Skills

Ability to lift 50lbs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills

General knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction

Education

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
