Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus – Hyannis, MA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day facilities operations. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A Massachusetts driver’s license and maintenance experience are preferred. This is a full-time day-shift position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be courteous and professional at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and train on HPAO electronic information systems.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Understanding of relationship between substance use and mental health issues.
• Comply with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
• Completion of HPAO de-escalation training.
• Must have 2 years of management experience; 3-5 years facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Infection Control standards and PPE usage.
• Organize staffing patterns and supervise direct reports.
• Process payroll, leave time, and HRIS tickets.
• Oversee department budget and attend manager meetings.
• Hire, onboard, and train new staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct regular safety trainings and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Maintain facility infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
