Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus - Hyannis is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support facility operations across all shifts. The role requires performing repairs, routine upkeep, and safety checks while upholding regulatory standards.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a clean, secure environment for clients and staff. The position offers full/part-time or per-diem arrangements, with opportunities to work across all shifts and contribute to a compassionate, compliant

Qualifications

• Must present as courteous and professional at all times.
• Flexible and able to perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organize ideas clearly.
• Basic computer skills; learn WorxHub and related software.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others; understanding of standards and ethics.
• Knowledge of substance use and mental health context; HIPAA and confidentiality.
• De-escalation training certification as approved by HPAO.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HPAO policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs and respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain safe and attractive facility conditions (lawn, parking, entrances).
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs; patch and paint as directed.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment; manage door alarms and locks.
• Complete delegated inspections and attend mandatory trainings/meetings.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements; assist with audits.
