Job summary

ServiceNet seeks a committed Facilities/Maintenance Worker in Massachusetts to perform repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance on our buildings. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks to keep facilities safe and comfortable.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50–100 pounds; certifications or prior experience are a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Property upkeep, ensuring properties look their best and snow removal when needed.
• Be ready to help in emergencies on a rotating after-hours schedule.
• Support special projects; hours may change based on project needs.
