Job summary

High Point Inpatient Campus in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support daily facility operations across all shifts. You will perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs, conduct routine inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure safe, clean conditions in line with regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be 18+, hold a valid license, and demonstrate teamwork, communication, and basic computer skills including

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid MA driver's license.
• Must have maintenance knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HPAO policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure building, grounds and amenities are maintained in safe, attractive conditions.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building repairs.
• Patch and paint as directed.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment and appliances.
• Complete scheduled inspections and trainings.
• Maintain accurate departmental documentation as required by regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure safe operation.
