OPW Cleveland is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and ensure continuous operation of building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. You will work on-site, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors for external services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 5 years of industrial maintenance, experience with 480VAC and 120VAC, 24VDC, ability to lift 50 lb, and proficiency with CMMS and

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of technical or community college in HVAC/electrical/plumbing/carpentry.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work 8-hour shifts with overtime.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry; proficient with CMMS and Office software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, repair, and ensure continuous operation of building infrastructure and utilities.
• Service HVAC systems, electrical distribution, lighting, doors, and roofing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose equipment failures.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage outside service providers.
• Read blueprints and operate within safety standards and PPE requirements.
