Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Must lift 50 pounds and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, compliant building utilities and grounds.
• Service HVAC, compressors, lighting, doors, roofing.
• Manage vendor contracts for groundskeeping and external work.
• Read blueprints and diagnose building system issues.
• Coordinate on-site visits and ensure SLA adherence.
