Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of technical/community college in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to work 8-hour shifts and overtime.
• Strong math, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic computer software.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, repair, and ensure continuous operation of building infrastructure.
• Service HVAC systems, air compressors, and dryers.
• Repair lighting, doors, roofing, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Read blueprints and electrical/plumbing diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE.
