Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and ensure uptime of building infrastructure and utilities.
• Service HVAC systems, air compressors, and air dryers; repair lighting and doors.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage SLAs and safety standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and read facility drawings.
