Job summary

OPW is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to onsite at Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and building utilities to ensure continuous operation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work shifts including overtime. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and comfort with PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2-years completion of Technical or Community College in HVAC repair, electrical systems, plumbing and/or carpentry.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and regulatory-compliant building environment.
• Service HVAC systems, air compressors, and air dryers.
• Repair facility lighting, automatic doors, and roofing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building infrastructure assets.
• Diagnose breakdowns of building water and air supply systems.
