Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with technical training.
2–4 years in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
Proficiency with CMMS, Building Automation Systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs on facility systems and documents tasks in CMMS.
Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
Operates and monitors basic Utility System Infrastructure.
Supports fire alarm and fire protection system maintenance.
Assists with installation of building hardware and electrical devices under supervision.
Maintains maintenance records and reads Life Safety drawings to complete tasks.
