Job summary

PDI is seeking a Supervisor of Building Services to lead a team of facilities associates, plan and oversee maintenance across our properties, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. The role focuses on safeguarding facilities, improving processes, and ensuring timely project startup.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in facilities maintenance, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct building maintenance across company properties.
• Coordinate projects with vendors and outside contractors.
• Supervise porter and technician staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce PPE use.
• Develop staffing plans to balance skills and workload.
• Oversee repair and maintenance pre-construction activities and startups.
• Identify facilities problems and coordinate mechanical support.
