Job summary

Impact Services Corporation is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee regular building maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure a clean, safe environment for occupants and visitors. You will maintain records, assist in vendor bids, and supervise cleaning schedules and staff while collaborating with the Site Administrator on priorities.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision, strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to perform

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of building maintenance services.
• Ability to perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Notify Site Administrator of maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for occupants.
• Maintain records on maintenance issues.
• Assist in securing bids from vendors and supervise work.
• Conduct regular building inspections and prepare reports.
• Supervise Facility Specialist and ensure cleaning on schedule.
• Assist in ordering supplies and maintain inventory.
• Support staff with center activities setup/take down.
• Attend staff meetings and update Site Administrator.
• Participate in Health and Safety Committee.
